Just a quick post cause i'm steel feeling super tired despite my sleep from 2-7.. LOL. that 5 hour nap :DDD it was well needed though :/.
so yea. as always, i went for a cycle and this time it was 66km's doing the riverloop! - something cause last time it was 75. o-o.
despite that, i still took the same time cause i was cramping up on the way home after a break at the "Garage" < its a little cafe where all the cyclists go to hang out and grab a coffee at southbank!
afterwards, fuck me, i was so hungry and my sister was shouting <ily> ; so i just pigged out! FUARK YEA IT WAS SO GOOD.
i had whats known in viet as "Banh Canh" and its like really thick rice noodles with pork in a pork/msg/tastesgood broth! hells yea!
and well since i was being fat, i had another bowl of food;
"Bun Thit Nuong" which basically translates to Vermecelli noodles with Bbqed meat. in this case it was beef! YUM YUM!
but yea.. didnt have the broth from the previous dish cause that shit is salty and salty means you retain water mass!
so i didnt eat all the noodles either;;; to much carbohydrates!

and yea.. for dinner had some of mum's weird chicken meatball butter chicken? iunno.. only a little bit though cause i wasnt that hungry and i'd been snacking before i fell asleep haha!
but yes, right now im so fucken bloated cause i've had so much shit to eat!
anyways, tomorrows the start of a new and better week!
