Hey guys, been slacking off on the blog recently cause of a few personal things thats been happening but its all good haha! i haven't really been keeping track in the last three days but i know that i didn't cap my 2200 max calorie limit.. i think, well i hope so anyway haha
anyways, this morning, got good old pork gravy rolls again x 2 :DDD cause im a fat ass and i eat more than everyone HAHAHA
had tuition till about 12 and then hit the gym with decoes at 3;30 ish
did some OP cardio on the cross trainers.. that 10 minutes was OP; lost 139 calories.

Anyways, did 6 sets of incline;
22.5 x 15 reps
25 x 10 reps
27.5 x 10 reps
30 x 8 reps
32.5kg x 6 reps
35kg x 3reps

was going to do 4 sets of incline and cable flyes like our last chest workout but then some massive samoan dude who was like big;

nah okay maybe not that big but he was still pree big.
anyways, we did what he told us to do and fuaarrrkkk..
THE MUSCLE PAIN BETTER HAVE BEEN WORTH THE PAIN.
so we did;
3 sets of:
12 reps flat bench flyes
10 bench dips with body weight
10 bench dips with body weight + 10kg plate
10 bench dips with body weight
and all of that was one set and it had to be repeated 3 times no break..fuck it was pretty crazy and well you know my weight.. FUUU; pretty intense workout!
after that we did 5 sets of alternating supine bench and seated flyes on the machine
last exercise we did was some tricep push downs on the machine for about 5 sets i think!
all in all, it was a pretty intense workout!
and well heres some progress photos haha.. not much has changed yet but i feel a lot better and less sluggish! oh and look at the photo on the right! THE CHEST IS COMING OUT WOOOOO
and for dinner; got a little bit of chicken curry with potatoes, carrot and onion
only had a small bowl cause i gotta cycle tomorrow morning so dont mind the carbs!
gotta have the energy to go far!
